Refund Policy

Early access. SLIME DUEL is unfinished and still being built. Expect bugs, downtime, balance changes and resets of progress, items and gems.
All purchases in SLIME DUEL are final and non-refundable. This covers everything: the Battle Pass, the Supporter Pack, gem packs, the Golden Ticket, bundles, crates, and anything bought with gems.
Right now: no payments
During the early access beta the game doesn't take any money. Store items that will cost real money later are free test versions.
Early access
SLIME DUEL is in early access. Items, gems and progress may be changed, reset or removed while the game is being built, and the game may shut down. None of these entitle you to a refund, a replacement or compensation, so only buy something if you're happy to support the game as it is today.
Gems
Gems have no money value (see the terms). Items bought and crates opened with gems can't be refunded or exchanged. If something went wrong on our side, such as gems taken for an item you didn't get, contact us and we'll fix it in the game.
Stores and the law
Purchases made through another store (Google Play, Steam and others) are also handled under that store's own refund rules, which we can't change; a purchase that's refunded or charged back is removed from the account. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, such as a remedy if a paid item doesn't work as described.
