Terms of Service
Last updated 8 November 2026
Early access. SLIME DUEL is unfinished and still being built. Expect bugs, downtime, balance changes and resets of progress, items and gems.
These terms apply when you play SLIME DUEL at slimeduel.com ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The game is in early access
SLIME DUEL is an early access game: it's unfinished and is being built in public. By playing, you accept that:
- features, modes, maps, balance, items and prices can change, or be removed, at any time and without notice;
- the game will have bugs, and may be slow or offline at times, including during matches;
- progress, levels, ratings, items, crates and gems may be reset, during early access or at full launch, with no replacement or compensation;
- early access may end, or the game may be shut down, at any time.
Only buy something during early access if you're happy to support the game as it is today.
Your account
- The game gives every device a guest account automatically. You can add a username and password to keep your progress across devices.
- Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- If you're under 13, or under the age of digital consent where you live, ask a parent or guardian before playing.
Play fair, be decent
Don't:
- cheat, use bots or scripts, modify the game, or exploit bugs to win or to get gems, items or progress;
- attack, overload or try to break into the game's servers, or other players' accounts;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use names or chat that are hateful, sexual or offensive;
- sell, trade or share accounts.
We may remove names, reset progress, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Report problems from the game's Support & Help window or at support@slimeduel.com.
Gems and items
Gems, crates, the Battle Pass, cosmetic items and other in-game goods are a licence to use them in the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred. During the beta, store items that will cost real money later are free test versions: no payment is taken.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, whether made with real money or with gems, including if items or gems are reset, changed or removed during early access, or if the game shuts down. This doesn't take away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. See the refund policy.
Loot crates give a random item. The chance of each rarity is shown in the game before you open one (Common 60%, Rare 25%, Epic 10%, Legendary 4%, Mythic 1%). In Belgium and the Netherlands crates can't be bought with gems or come with a purchase: real-money products give gems in their place, and only crates won by playing can be opened.
Invite and earn
Every player gets a code. If other players join through your link or enter your code, you can earn a share of what they spend, shown under Rewards. This commission is separate from gems and items, which stay without money value. We set the rates and can change or end the program; what you have already earned and can withdraw stays yours unless these terms say otherwise.
You can withdraw from US$10 once you are signed in. You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and a payment for someone under 18 goes to their parent or guardian. We check every withdrawal before paying it, usually within 2-3 business days. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
You earn nothing on your own purchases. Refunded or charged-back purchases are taken back from your balance, which can go below zero. Fake accounts, buying through your own code, stolen payment details, misleading promotion or spam can mean we refuse a withdrawal, remove your earnings and close your code.
The game as it is
The game is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, items or gems, or for indirect losses from playing or not being able to play. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters, we'll say so in the game. Playing after a change means you accept it.
